Believe steel flange just bolts up and motor couldn’t you just use o rings?

There are probably rubber insulators at a good hardware store or home center. If not, figure out what you need for size and find them on the internet. Remember the adhesive reinforcements for paper that fits in a 3 ring binder? Something that size would be just right.
