Rear lights on roadrunner
Which port is for brake and turn signal?
Outer for brake and inner for turn signal?

Signal and brake are the same wire, running lights are the other. Whether you get a signal light or steady brake light is controlled by the signal light switch.

Which socket goes where is determined by wiring harness length.

When you say "port" are you talking about which hole in the taillight bucket where the bulb inserts or a wire connection?
