So I'm in the process of converting a new hellcrate motor to a rear sump pan. I have the Milodon kit and everything seems to fit except:

Has anyone encountered this extended bolt previously? It supported the original stock oil pickup tube. Its also a main cap bolt on the#1 bearing and I believe it must have been torque-to-yield and shouldnt be re-used. A replacement should be installed on the #3 cap to support the new oil pickup tube IMHO.

I'm reluctant to re-use the bolt without some due diligence.

Does anyone know of any source for a new support bolt or some other solution? Frog Jones at Mopar Performance has been looking but no success so far.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice. Original oil pick up Installation.jpg

A lot of swaps just swap the bolt with #3 if I remember correctly.

To complete the thread for future searches:

Spoke with Randy at Bouchillon Performance and it turns out that thats not the correct part for a hellcat motor. It fits the other gen III hemis.

The correct part for a hellcat is 62RA205AA.
