Recognize These Wheels ?

Does anybody recognize these wheels ? Brand & model ? I get asked about them at car cruises all the time. They were on on the car when I got it back in 2010. 14" Wheel components are welded and chromed, Center cap is a plastic of some type, chromed and snaps on center hub.

a thing from the past 4 sure. Might be a brand called Centek or centec if memory serves. Not 100% sure though

Everything I have found says they are Centec wheels too.
