Red wire white tracer 14 gauge - new M&H under dash harness for 1967 Charger- need to connect

I am labeling all of my wires on my new M&H under dash harness before I install it. I have my Service Manual wiring diagram and I have marked up my wiring diagram with the color codes.
I see the red wire with white tracer #L31 on the wiring diagram ( see photos) and it goes to the engine compartment. Am I looking for a corresponding red with white tracer wire to connect this wire to? Any help would be appreciated.

Dunno how it keeps running up to the headlights, but that’s the circuit it belongs to.

Wire L31 is part of the headlamp rotating motor and closing relay circuit.

Under the dash, the L31 wire, red with tracer, runs from closing relay terminal #3 to the connector shown in the Instrument Panel diagram. The following Instrument Panel wiring diagram images have the L31 specific points circled in red:

In the Engine Compartment diagram, the L31 circuit wire, red, is connected and continues to the motor wiring connector terminal #2. From the mating connector terminal #2, the circuit continues as the L31A circuit wire, red with tracer. The L31A wire connects to the left headlamp rotating motor close winding terminal, which also branches as L31B circuit wire, red with tracer. The L31B circuit wire, red with tracer, connects to the close winding terminal on the right headlamp rotating motor.The following Engine Compartment wiring diagram image has the L31 specific points circled in red:
