I have a '70 Coronet R/T. I want to add a remote side view mirror. I need a dimension to locate to hole to mount the adjuster. I know that it gets centered (up and down) in the fake woodgrain trim. But I need to know how far back from the front edge of the door. Can anyone please help?

I have a 70 Super Bee. Measuring from the front edge on the inside, right by the door seal edge the center of the hole is 12 and 1/4 inches back. It is not centered up and down, mine is slightly higher than half way up for the trim panel trim molding.

I really appreciate you taking the time to find that out for me. Thank you

Would real surprised if the hole isn't all ready there.
Well, that is a good point. There might be a hole in the door that is covered up by the fake wood grain panel. I will find our this weekend.
