I have a 68 Coronet that i removed the a/c. Interested in knowing if somebody makes a firewall plug/heater delete.

You can buy a whole new firewall for about $350 and cut out what you need. Or you post a wanted ad here and see if someone scrapping a car will cut it out of the scrapped car.

Also, you can probably sell the AC things you removed right here too.

If you're putting a heater in place of the a/c, a "plug" won't do. The heater motor needs a big dimple in the firewall. If you're not putting a heater in then just make yourself a nice round plate and screw it over the hole. The other alternative is to replace that section of the firewall. I sure wouldn't go to all the trouble of replacing the whole firewall though - especially with my current experience of the fitment of AMD panels !!!

Thanks for your inputs. Putting aftermarket ac aside for now I found a heater delete control plate for the interior. Firewall will get a plate over the blower motor. Moparweatherstripping.com claims he has plugs for the rest.
