Yes.. just don't "check for dust and dirt" with your bare oily thumb! And use tweezers to hold decals for placement.

And I would just push and twist to install it? And would this be the same for the tic toc tack

Same deal, hold the drum tight (as the bearing is easy to crack). Put the needle on at say 20MPH and then turn it back to Zero.
