renovate dash 72 Charger

I want to renovate my dashboard - with new chrome, black paint and some new Woodgrain - who is good at this task or maybe someone can help with how DIY with perfect result

I am not satisfied with Woodgrain - it is worn, and chrome - I have tried with silver paint where there should be chrome but I am not happy with the result - so therefor I go for a redo - anybody who can help with the perfect DIY
