Repair loose door glass handle.

I have been putting up with a loose door glass crank handle for a long time. Mainly because I have been fixing other mechanical issues. I am finally at the point where I can address this annoying problem. Below is a video of the issue. Is this something that’s repairable if I remove the actuator or will I need to purchase a new one?



Also, when I removed the door panel to access this I found a small black plastic that has felt on one side. Does anyone know what this is?

Your actuator is worn out you will need to replace it.

What you are calling an actuator the rest of the world calls a window regulator... Might make finding parts easier..
