Repair or replace posts on PLYMOUTH letters on trunk

Bought these used. Many of the mounting studs or posts are broken. Is there a way to remove and replace, or just lengthen the broken studs? Thanks.

I'd post a WTB for a better set. Last set I bought for $30 and are almost mint, just need a repaint and a buff to be mint.
