Report Suspicious Member/Buyer?

Didnt see where I could report someone who seems fishy...maybe this isnt something the forum mods moderate?

Received a private message for 65 Plymouth parts. New member, zero posts, username containing "65Plym" which seems fishy considering im selling 65 Plymouth parts, and then mentions sending to Germany and he can pay for shipping, etc.

Im ignoring the message but dont want others to get caught up in something flakey. Mods, how can I confidentially submit the message I received and/or the username?
