Fresh rebuild on this A/C heater box from a 1969 Charger parts car I had. I stripped the box and had the heater core, H valve and A/C evaporator professionally cleaned and pressure tested. Had the blower motor professionally rebuilt as well. I cleaned and serviced the heater box with all new gaskets and seals. I tested all three vacuum pod actuators and verified they work together operating all the doors as they should. I was able to bench function everything except the time delay. The blower motor was drawing 15 amps with no squirrel cage before it was rebuilt. Now it draws 5 amps with no squirrel cage and 10 amps on high speed with the squirrel cage so it is ready to go back to work.
This box was in pretty good shape to begin with with no mice activity like most have had. Included are the remaining gaskets for installation along with the blower motor vent and both condensation drip hoses. Also the cable for the temp control and the vacuum hoses to the controller and the 5 mounting nuts on the firewall.
The housing for the A/C spot coolers and the fresh air duct is not included nor the heater control valve assembly.
Crated and ready to ship. $900.00 plus the shipping.

And may I ask what AC spot coolers are? I believe your a member on FEBO correct?

Yes I am on FEBO also. No longer have an E body though.
As for the spot cooler reference, I am speaking of the housing that mounts on the heater box that the spot coolers on the dash get fed from. Not sure if that explains it properly.

Your just selling the box with no extras.

Not sure what you mean by "no extras"
It was a heater box I took out of a parts car years ago. I just decided to restore it as something to do.
