Road Runner steering wheel

Does anyone know what piece would need to be replaced on a steering wheel where the center piece hangs into teh wheel itself? Right now I have the horn ran to a different button but want to get it back to the steering wheel. Is this a quick fix or do I need to by a whole new assembly?

What kind of wheel do you have? Is it a standard or deluxe 3 spoke? Is it a woodgrain? Is it a rimblow? Please post a pic if possible and we'll help you figure it out. I have a lot of steering wheel parts in stock and may be able to help you get yours back into working condition again.

It is the standard belv, the middle section kinda hangs inwards like there should be something catching it to hold it straight. second one from the left
