The Hughes set and the Mancini set are not full roller designs. No rollers on the shaft at all. The Hughes arm rides right on the rocker shaft as does the Mancini. The tip has the large roller. That's it. And I agree about full roller rocker arms. More to go wrong.

Trick flow recommends the Harlan Sharpe rockers S7001[5 or 6]KE rockers. The S70015 is 1.5:1 ratio, and S70016 is 1.6:1 ratio.
I am not sure what exactly different from the "K" vs. "KE" rockers. I do agree those rockers are expensive, but I never have had problems with them either.

Pretty sure the "KE" arms are 0.040" shorter than the standard HS arms.

Trick Flow also states that their heads accept factory style rocker arms and roller style rockers - My rockers should be here this week (barring some Corona-virus apocalypse) and I'll let you know what my machinist things in the next couple weeks

I've run the ductile iron with .630" roller cams, no issue. Crane golds at .560" , going on 16 years. Bought a set of PRW. .560" cam. Broke about 10 adjuster screws. Gave up. Now that motor runs the old Mopar blue. I believe they are the same as Crane, never an issue.
