Just seeing from anyone is from around the Sacramento area. Looking for someone to help me out with wiring. Wiring on it sucks and shorts...

Welcome. Depending on exactly how much trouble you're having (and what your budget is) you may find it makes more sense to replace the offending harness(es) with new one(s)

I've worked on these for longer than some of our members have been alive. And I can tell you there are times to just "cut bait"
