rust on ceramic coaated headers

does anyone have a good way to remove surface rust developing on one of the tubes?

they make a polish for those.jegs and summit carry it.not sure of any other ways that wont damage the surface.

I bough my Hookes with the coating already applied. Mine are rusting. Maybe it is an inferior ceramic coating. Perhaps Jet Hot ceramic coating would not fail to protect the headers. Anyone know the difference between the process Hooker would use or Jet Hot for example?
