Screw size for the 71-72 plastic center console hold down brackets?

Need to install the slap stick center console that was included with some other loose parts for my 72 SSP project car. I would like to find/purchase the correct fasteners that affix the console to the floor board, looks like two forward screws and two rear ones. What size and length are they anyway? Do they use washers? Thank you.
