Seat belt bolts

Any recommendations as to where to get seat belt bolts for my 69 Coronet Convert. I have bucket front seats. Also looking for idea on the mounting brackets for a buddy seat. I have the buddy seat but not the brackets and would like to either buy or build some. Any help is appreciated.

Ebay look Vintage car and truck parts search "Mopar seat belt bolts". New ones are pricey $70 + for a set of 8, used aren't cheap $ 6.01 ea..

Seat belt makers/retailers usually sell mount kits, and have bolts cheaper than what is referenced above. Obviously, not resto correct, but as strong or stronger.
