Hey guys, I'm slipping all over the place on my original 67 front seats, they are in perfect condition so I don't want to change them but I was wondering could I get some side foam and fit it in under the existing vinyl?

Yes, but you would have to destroy your existing vinyl seats and would more entail removing material to lower where you sit. Now if your seats were torn up then more easy to modify to your liking,(I used cloth inserts in the center,Texas sun and vinyl) but yours are really nice.Do not recommend doing.
As I see it you can run better aftermarket seat belts, like aircraft style, maybe as a 5 point(for when it rains or ice).
Second choice is a different front or drivers side seat and keep the factory seats for car shows.
