Shoulder seat belt strap

Hi. Anyone know if you can buy the elastic material for the seat belt straps that pulls down located by the headliner on passenger and driver side. Mine are torn. Thanks

Check with a seat upholsterer shops or a marine canvas shop. They have catalogs for materials and the ability to sew them in.

There's a guy over on Moparts who refurbs seat belts. Mine were in good shape except for those elastics. He replaced those for around $20.. You'd need the tool to replace the snap if you did it yourself and I'd rather have a Mopar guy do them than a local shop. He'll do 'em right.
