As a prodigious picker of low hanging fruit, Wayne has graciously bestowed upon me a highly coveted '66 Charger in impeccable condition and for that I thank him immensely. But as they say on televion, but wait, there's more .

Also included was a beautiful '70 Challenger, reminiscent of one I used to own, which will now probably cost me 50K as I'll be trolling FEBO to see what's for sale.

The people on this forum make this site the awesome place that it is and Wayne is amongst the best, thanks again Delta V !

One thing I've never seen is any model kits or diecasts of a '68 GTX. Must be the one-off tail finish panels...

I wanted a 426 HEMI or 440+6 anything, but a 1968 GTX was at the top of my list when I was searching for a muscle Mopar in the 1980's. I had already given up on finding the winged cars by 1982 and knew I would never find a '69 Charger 500. A bolt out of the blue strikes one day in 1985...my 1970 Charger 500 383 Magnum, 4 speed in EB5 blue with TX9 black vinyl top! Tic-toc-tach and power windows to boot! A Charger wasn't even on my radar...I didn't believe I would find one or one would find me.

I do hope a '68 GTX diecast model is produced one of these days.

Your Charger is a sweet ride Wayne! I used to own this 500. When I bought it in 1994 they were the same money as a Charger R/T! I sold my A12 Superbee to buy it.
