Sorry to hear that, I thought that was only a Rob Sharon trick when shipping perfectly good radiators. Have had no issues with Steve and packaging on several items, including a radiator.

No feedback was left but it should have been on something like that.. I had just the opposite experience recently where the parts that were supposed to be "Nice originals" were complete unusable junk but they were packaged well!!
