Oh yea- Little weight I mean by minimal oil usage..

A cool brand is little weight fries I can see now on a bag of fries in a Walmart or Kroger store…

What until they stick together from crushing thr fries when flipping it…. It’s like a chik f’la

Waffle fry…. O my goddess gracious…

What kind of cooking oil works best?
Sorta off topic but...
A large group of us go camping several times a summer. The guys love bacon so we fry up like 4-5 lbs every morning and theres normally a ton of grease left. We bring a big pack of those frozen hashbrown patties and after all the bacon is cooked the hashbrowns get fried up in all the leftover bacon fat. They turn out pretty incredible!
So in my opinion, maple-smoked bacon grease is the best thing to cook potatoes in.

I’ll remember that to try if Im ever around that particular oil. Because I usual just use virgin oil from the store. Off subject but because you was talking about camping I began thinking of Yellowstone thr show grease brought to mind my noni said is her father would use grease to produce a bar of soap to shower with with some sort of snake oil for a medical product to combine with that I forgot.

Hopefully he showered with it after he cooked with it!
Just kidding!
I have a young relative who makes her own soaps & candles and she talks about snake oils, but I dont think they are the same thing but I could be wrong. Never heard of snake oil for cooking.
