So making progress on the 69 runner. The dash is in after fighting with the ac duct work and the wiring. Got the steering wheel and column in but had a problem when pushing the coupler on to the steering box slapped the steering wheel thinking that would help drive the coupler on down. Did not and had to tap the coupler down out side. In the process found out that had knocked those bolt's loose that retain the turn signal housing under the steering wheel loose. So you all know had to pull the steering wheel and every thing to get to those bolts again. Thank goodness I did not have to pull the hole column back out. Still have to get the glove box lid on but need the lock to be fitted to my door key. So here is the pic's. Hope you guy's enjoy it. Also it is and A/C lower dash pad so have to make something to fill that area. That is all I could find in good shape. I would like to add the pioneer CD and radio fit well with a new bezel cut to fit. Dash cluster redone. Added the tach. A Classic A/C and heat added to the non A/C car. Wanted to add that I put the 69 trident steering wheel on. Mine was in really bad shape and always like the Half horn ring and pad with the bird button in the middle. The old steering wheel was showing the metal and rusted all broke up.

I know the radio look's a little off but it is the dash pad that is doing it.

That's going to be a beautiful car when you're done with it. The dash looks awesome.

Just curious, did you have any issues with the glove box with the Classic Air? I have a 70 RR with the Classic AC and on a trial glovebox fit, it seems the glove box is about 1 inch too deep. Any issues on your end?

No problems. with the fit on the glove box liner. But not much room. Got my liner from part's mix.

I may go that way. I am fighting with wiring issues right now, then the glove box. At least I know that the Classic fans blows like it should!!!!

              Thanks!!!!!!!

I am very happy with the wiring. But not a lot of room for duct work for sure. The wind shield wiper arm's and all under the dash make's it rough to find a way to run the duct work for sure. Like the one on the passenger side also. Hope it work's well for you. After I get the motor in will see how the compressor and all the lines work out. Post some pic's as you go. roadrunner57
