my 62 has c/e adjustable drag shocks they are pretty stiff(20 years old) id like to change to a mor comfortable ride but still have some performance in them also without breaking the bank i was suggested bilstein shocks any thoughts

Bilsteins are good. SRTs and power wagons and stuff came with them.

It it a high performance car we run Calvert Shocks on the rear
Very reasonable and Adjustable. For a road racer Bilsteins are
good for the money. You can spend a ton more money for not
much more improvement!
