Yes, not a Mopar (but the post says engine **** and not Mopar engine ****), and not going in the Charger. The Charger engine will look better than this one because Leanna (Phoenix Specialty Coatings) had a hand in the theme of it! Hopefully soon!

Don't Know the name of the color but the owner is Gary Williams, a member of the Facebook group 426 Hemi Club. Do a Google Lens search from the engine photo. That will take you right to his Facebook post and you can ask him by posting your question there.
