Updating, finally got a feedback from seller. However I just remembered I have a friend on my facebook who is member here and couple of Charger boards who is from Palatine Illinois and will be able to help. Just in case something goes wrong I will contact some of you guys!

I could get some parts from it LOL!
Grilles for example if chrome and mounts are still good.
I have a NOS standard grill set to negotiate for a good conditions SE grilles set. My car is 74 hardtop ( non SE ) but in Vzla 73s were assembled with standard grilles and 74s with SE grilles.

Yeap! Actually was made to make some differences between 73 offer and 74 offer to the local market attraction. Market in Vzla is/was not huge enough to offer diff options on same year.
Another difference was flat hoods on 73s and buldged hoods ( fortunately ) on 74s. Along with standard bumper guards on 73 and DeLuxe on 74s.
( I could get a huge stock of fasteners and miscellaneous parts from that car too LOL )

Well, a new update!
Seller it seems is not even in Chicago and Bumper is in his old address. The building manager who is in charge works up to 4:30 pm and my friend works up to 4:30 pm... funny huh!?
Seller is asking if my friend is able to pick it up into the manager working hours! And manager says is not even her responsibility to be on charge of this!!
Now I get why this article was supposedly sold in the past and being sold again!
