Something Big...

Yeah....Maybe a 426 cube 3 G HEMI crate engine.....

A version of it is rumored to be in the trucks.

Elephant print, I’d say 426 on the way
Elephant food, too!

Say what you will about the whole FCA merger thing. I'm just tickled to death they're letting the Dodge boys do what they want
and it's obvious they're getting the funding to do so.
These are good times to be a Mopar fan.

Unless your a fan of Dodge trucks which no longer exist. Rams just ain't quite the same.

And I suspect the Chrysler brand to be circling the drain and soon to go the way of Plymouth.

I can agree to a point. It looks like my '04 Ram might be my last - or at least latest-model one, anyways.
It's still a truck at heart. Nowadays, they're so freaking expensive. Nice, state of the art, but ridiculously overpriced.

I'd love to have one. Can't afford the damn things though.
Went down to the dealership last weekend to look around, looking for something used. They tried to sell me a brand new ram big horn for 60k. No way I can swing a 600 a month payment but they sure are nice

What I don't get is the 15" computer screen in the dash. All the concern and effort over distracted driving and cell phone use while driving and the new cars have bigger and bigger "screens" in the dash. sure, it is nice to have but WHAT a distraction that could be!

To me, all new trucks are as ugly as a mud fence. I never intended to be a curmudgeon that ******* about everything new but the trucks look too bulky. The front ends look like a blunt nosed PUG.

it ends with a CrateHemi.com

I wonder if they will be doing Gen 2 Hemi blocks again
'finally', there's enough demand to bring it/them back

all the new stuff is cool,
I really like the new trucks,
I won't be buying one anytime soon
but;
I'm still into the vintage stuff
"it's what I care about"

I wish they'd bring back the Dakota R/T,
put a Hemi in it, then I maybe a buyer...

I like how "most" of the newer stuff looks

I like the direction MoPar/SRT has gone

even the plug & play stuff
to put newer Hemi's in our old cars

Keeping MoPar & performance alive

Hell, I'd settle for 850!
Either way I'm anticipating the announcement (obviously). I've been anticipating the return of the Mopar crate Hemi...and engineering advancements therein.
If it's less than 30k USD I'm interested. Any more than that I'll build my own.

Could not disagree more. I get lots of comments on mine it's a great looking truck. It's also a real work truck hence the looong bed! It needs a good cleaning now though...
