Southern Mopar Classic...dead?

The Southern Mopar Classic car show sponsored by the North GA mopar club (usually held in the Atlanta area) has been cancelled this year after a 16 year run. Not sure if it will happen next year or not. This saddens me greatly.

There wasn't a Mopar Southern Nationals at South Georgia this year either. I guess we're dead in the water as far as Mopar shows around these parts. Wow, this sucks!

Old thread but looks like it is going to happen this year, wknd of Aug 17-19. Saw a flyer on another website.

It was rescheduled from memorial day wknd due to the subtropical storm we had. The post I saw looked just like that except with a big rescheduled stamp with the August dates. I think it was on moparts. None the less I'll be going.

Anybody ever gone before? Hows the swap meet?

South Georgia motor sports park, just a bit north of valdosta.

My question for those who have gone. Is the swamp meet worth it? Should I tote some parts up in hopes I can make a few trades?
