What spark plug should I use for a 1968 440 with high compression?

Hit the search bar. You'll see the past 100 arguements on this from days past.

I'll start the 101st argument ... J11Y's.

How high?
I'm glad someone finally asked that!:)
And does '1968 440' mean the heads are the factory irons? 'High compression' says this engine's been built up and that makes me wonder if there may possibly be different cylinder heads on there.
