I have a 383 with super stealth heads and I am wondering what plugs people are using in them.I did a search on here and found a Champion RC12YC number and just checking if that's correct.
Thanks

Depends on compression. Would think they would be a little worm. I use Accell 134 in one and a NGK some thing in the other both 383s. Champion numbers and heat ranges have change since these engines were new and neither of this engines are stock.
Some times you have just got to play with them to get the right plug.

Just Went through the same thing there’s a thread here somewhere. Plug heat and gap Pretty much depends on compression. My 12:1cr 535” should be goood with the NGK BRK7 with a 45 gap, I still expect to play with them a little once I get the motor fired but using that as a baseline

I'm running regular stealths, 10.4:1
NGK ZFR6F-11
