Speedo bracket location

Hey guys, where does this speedo bracket fix into? Anyone got a photo of one in places as my head is wrecked.

Thanks for that but my cable come up and hugs the firewall before going into its grommet and through to the dash. It's no way long enough to go anywhere near the inner fender. Do I just have a short speedo cable?

Hard to say how your speedo cable may be routed without see pics top side and under side....or it is a shorter cable....

The problem is it is in the wrong hole that is why it seems shorter....There is a hole below the Master cylinder and inner fender area just north of the frame rail....

Oh wow thats really low, I would never have thought of looking there

It may look low, but you will find that it's right in line with the back of the speedo. Remember, the gage set is not level, it all tips back a bit to line up with the drivers field of vision.
