Spindle motor mount directional?

I am replacing my motor mount on the drivers side in a 1973 Charger. I have had the part for a while and have no box or instructions. The rubber insert on the spindle seems to have two arrows pointing the same direction. Anyone know if this should be put in a certain direction?

Sorry should have called it a "spool" motor mount...
