These cars have big sail panels and it's a lot of vynal! I think that the white top would really pop with the Hemi orange. I ordered white seat covers for the car too, even though they were originally black.

Today I got some more work done on the car. I removed the seats and everything that was in the trunk and vacuumed out the interior and the trunk. The floor pans and the trunk floor look really good!

Overall the car is pretty solid, but it has had patch panels done on the lower rear quarters. I probably won't restore the car, just drive it. I have the orange one to restore. I do have the matching numbers engine block for the car, but the transmission is long gone.

It has been keeping people from getting any work done on their cars since 1876. From the first automobile until today! lol!

Today I was out there for about a half hour, because my instrument cluster that I bought from a fellow Fbbo member came today. It's for the other Charger R/T that I showed the dash being prepared earlier in this thread.

As far as the Charger R/T that this thread is about I

spy what looks like a partial build sheet in the back seat! I ordered the new seat covers for the two 71 Chargers, one set in white for this car,and one set in black for the other car. I was hoping to install the covers over the winter, but they won't be delivered until August, maybe next winter!
