Starter Motor Done???

Interesting enough I took the starter down to have it tested and it tested fine. I did install the new mini and that was close to a nightmare as any starter can get. the fit sucked as I had to modify the terminals so it wouldn't hit the block. I did get it in and tested it several times and it seems to work fine. reinstalling the headman headers was probably the worst part, trying to ling up the bolts to the heads was hours. I would have thought headman would have made the bolt access a bit easier but they didnt. After about three hours I finally got them all in. and then the spark plugs. Tomorrow I an putting back the ite rod, the dipstick and my exhuast and then going racing.

16 volt batteries and a 12 volt mini-starter. Spins like a 4-cylinder with no spark plugs in the holes. Both my track and street cars have this setup.

yes it ran great last night started with no issues. Ran 11.086 M best yet.
