I have an issue when starting my 71 charger. I converted to the electronic ignition with the conversion kit sold by Yearone. (years ago). The issue I have is when I attempt to start, it starts mostly when I release the key. Any ideas why this is happening? I'm thinking possibly ballast resistor. Please help.......Thanks.
