That may be a truck wheel from the 60s. Ask over at the Sweptline forum.

I bought a few odd wheels from these folks, the last time in 2017 I believe, always had good experiences with them.

Those are K wheels used on the early b-body race cars, I think they were factory on A 100 vans.
