Hi does anyone know where this connector goes to? It's out of steering column on 1970 charger. Thanks in advance

I don't have my service manual in front of me but for stuff like that, it really is great to have at hand.
It could be for a key in ignition buzzer, a light for the ignition key, a headlight delay after shutdown, only the service manual can confirm.

I can take a look at mine this weekend if someone doesn't answer in the meantime.

Thanks guys I think I figured it out. Previous owner must have replaced it with a signal switch from a car that had side lights off switch like from a C body?

Some late 1970's B-bodies had optional "cornering lights" on the side of the front fenders. My '79 300 has them and it has the tilt steering wheel column...a GM Saginaw unit used throughout much of the 1970's by Chrysler when optioned with tilt. Used on C-bodies too of course.

Otherwise, I was going to say your connector is for "speed control". Note: The speed control wiring on a '70 Charger consists of 4 wires:
Dark Blue
Black
Yellow
White with a tracer.

Your connector has three wires, not four, and none of the wire colors match the aforementioned colors.

Hmm, three wires...I'll say the connector in question is for "cornering lights" used on a different car. Good guess on your part for saying side lights.

I can check my '79 Chrysler FSM schematic for comparison.

Thank you very much! It's exactly what I thought and couldn't find anything else that made sense besides it being for cornering lights from a C body turn signal switch. Always a great forum to ask for help and I appreciate you're input
