Steering Column Lower Bearing?

The two picture attached are looking up the engine side of the steering column on my '73 Charger at what appears to be a seal or bearing that centers the shaft as it exits the tube. I cant identify what this is in the parts book I have. Can someone identify if it is a lower bearing and what the part number is so I can find a replacement.

Forgot to add that its a floor shift steering column.

Try Parts Manuals – MyMopar... grab the one for 73 and look in section 19... presuming want the original part #'s.
