steering coupler

Sure does look right, huh?

I can’t tell from the ad if it’s for power steering or manual steering. I know in 1966 they are different size splined box shafts. I believe that continued in 67 and up at least for a while.

Googled the Dorman part number and it doesn’t appear to cross reference with anything before 1979. Without knowing the size and spline count I wouldn’t take a risk on it.

Dorman says 452-252 on another link for power steering for a pickup

And mancini under description shows car and truck in the link below So seems dorman one should work?

That is a 73-4 B-body and later as it's the tall one most use the 3 inch ones if that matters to you. I have a nice used 3 inch one if you have any interest.

I use Steer N Gear replacements.

Thanks I noticed it looks longer maybe More room for the shoes as I have to cut and repin the shaft for adding power to my 67 GTX link in the pardon info below

Pardon Our Interruption...

I think for a PS box the input size is .625”. The manual box size is larger 3/4”?). I think the spline count is 36 but not sure if that includes the dead spline space.

I would post a WTB ad on here for a coupler. There are probably many of them around.
