just wondering if anyone know the length different in steering shafts for a manual & power steering 62-65 B-body car?

I have a couple shafts of different lengths. One is 44.75 out of a 66 and one which I'm pretty sure is PS is approx 42 (coupler not off yet)

I have the right shaft in the car now and I'll know this winter when I pull it apart, but if anyone knows now I can fully build up my new column ahead of time.

Thanks in advance

The adapter required when going from PS to Manual Steering was about 4" long.

In trying to measure the one in the car, while it's in the car, it does seem a little bit longer than either of the ones that I have on the bench.

It may be best until I pull out of the car this winter just to be sure
