Steering wheel removal

It sounds crazy but I can not figure out how to get my horn ring off so I can remove my steering wheel. Usually you just twist ccw and the horn ring will come off. But not this one. I have a 70 Roadrunner. Can anyone help?

if it wont turn,then look for screws from the back side.

On those style you have to pop out the center button without breaking it. Then there is a screw under it.

Use a thin flat blade to pop out the RR emblem in the center. There's a small bolt behind it, like a 7/16 or so, I forget.

If you break your emblem, let me know...I have new ones in stock. Dodge, Plymouth and Road Runner.
