Street car, race car, and back again.

This car was raced by Roy Fuller out of Traer, Iowa. It spent time at Neita Raceway in Cedar Falls, Iowa and Roy was a close friend of Gary Ostrich who chased around the Midwest with his Super Stock Mopars. Someone posted the black and white photo on a Facebook group and I posted some photos (second photo) I had photos of the car through it's history. It was found in a shed a few years back and was brought back to life for the street. It is so good to see these old racers living again.

Another photo I just found, taken in front of Roy's house. He lived across the street from my Grandparents house. I used to love to see him unload on Sunday after the races and park it in the old garage you see behind the back bumper in the photo.

Cool photos and Cool story. I love these stories when car can be traced through sometimes dozens of owners and what each of the owners had done with it over the years.
