Stumped by a little bracket

Where does this go? I know it came off the front bumper of my 1972 Satellite Sebring Plus project car, but now one end of it does not seem to match up anywhere. Thank you.

Is the center support for the front bumper. Goes between the bumper and the header panel support. Top center of the bumper
