we have no guns in australia ( sort of true just strict laws) never hear of anyone being killed by a gun let alone being killed but australia is one of the safest places to live

Detroit and DC have the most stringent gun laws in the country, draconian at best and both cities have the highest murder rates in the nation. Compare the murder rates in any city in Texas and Arizona and also check the demographics in both Cities.

You cant blame guns for the actions of homicidal maniacs, mentally ill or the criminally insane. That old saying applies "when guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns".

I am a retired LA County Sheriffs Deputy (detective) not that it means anything but I have been on the front lines outlawing gun ownership or screwing with mens second amendment rights is not the answer.

i keep my guns all locked up in a big safe.otherwise who knows what kind of shooting rampages they would go on.
