Subwoofer box

Here's the sub box I build for my 66 Coronet. It's a sealed enclosure that holds a 10" subwoofer. the small hole is for the sealed wire connector. It fits well under the bench seat. I'll bond it in so no screws. I'm installing 3 amps and 7 speakers. Trying to hide as much as I can to keep the car as period correct as I can but still have great sound.

What will be the cubic foot measurement inside the box? Does it match the requirements of the sub for a sealed enclosure?

Not my cup of Tea when it comes to sounds in my old ride. But I do like your work though. Really clean and professional looking. Me I keep it simple with maybe 4 speakers...two in front, and two in the back and maybe push around 50 watts total on the out put. Plenty to drown out that BB purring away....

The space comes out between the .4-1.0 cubic foot requirement. I still have to apply the outer finish.

Looks good Wayne. Nice work! Should give you a nice thump. What's your plans for an AMP? Got a 12" boxed sub in the trunk and six speakers inside my RR. Gotta love the sound of a Big Block growling under the hood, sounds awesome!! But so does AC/DC jammin "shoot to thrill", flying down the highway @80 with all the windows down and a hot chic next to you yelling "go faster!!!"
