sun roof drain

Where do the rear drains in the sun roofs go, I see the tubes that run down by the rear wheel wells but they can't just end there. I washed the car and the back floor boards were soaked. Are they supposed to drain into the wheel wells? Looks that way in the manual but there are no holes in the wells for the pipe.
Any help would be great.

They go into the wheel tubs on factory sun roof cars.

So when you say they go into the tubs, does that mean that there is a hole in the tubs for the drain hose to go through?

There is no "hole" for it go to through. There is a small split on the pinch weld that the water drains out of. Currently battling a leak on my car and I've already replaced the rear hoses. Make sure there's no debris in your wheel wells and I'm sure you'll find that it will drain out.
