Surveillance Camera Out of Focus

I thought one of our four CCTV cameras had given up the ghost when the image became very blurry. Brought out the ladder and climbed up to take a look, after I could see nothing wrong spotting from the ground. What do I find? The lens covered by a spider web (not actual photo).

Yeah they will auto focus depending on the camera, or the web just muffled the view. I have to clean the lenses of mine once every few months.
