As far as I know, it's original.

I guess you'd have to look at a online supplier & checkout their part number for a '69 Road Runner .....& then see if they list the same part number for a '68 Charger. OR - if you look at a '69 Road Runner swaybar, sometimes they simply list all the cars it will fit.

That style sway bar is for the 66-69 B body cars, with the factory sway bar mount tabs, on the lower control arms.
